While treatment strategies have become more innovative and continue to be geared toward strength-based practices to support individuals who participate in substance use, it is important to know the generational differences in trends and patterns amongst differing age groups. In this training, participants will become familiar with Generation X, Y and Z and increase knowledge around best practices to support individuals based on shared values, traits and motivations of each generation.
