MAT Program Manager
The Florida Behavioral Health Association is seeking to hire a MAT Program Manager to support the leadership and management of the statewide Medication Assisted Treatment Program in the state of Florida. This program provides financial and other support to treatment providers around Florida that serve individuals with a substance use disorder who are court ordered offenders or at-risk of involvement with the justice system. FBHA is looking for a proven leader who is committed to providing quality services and work products. The position must support and accomplish the following objectives:
• Keep abreast of state and federal regulations regarding licensing and accreditation for treatment providers providing medication assisted treatment.
• Research, review, and engage treatment providers through formal agreements
• Provide technical assistance and support to treatment providers
• Achieve and maintain compliance with contract goals, objectives and requirements, Florida laws and regulations, and applicable federal laws and regulations.
Education/Skills Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field, master’s degree is preferred
• A minimum of four years’ experience in substance use treatment modalities with a special focus on medication assisted treatment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills
