These interactive virtual workshops are designed for behavioral health professionals to enhance their delivery of trauma-informed de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed approaches. The training will help practitioners 1) understand how trauma and trauma-informed care impacts crisis situations; 2) recognize trauma and stress responses of the professional and client; and 3) learn and practice trauma-informed de-escalation techniques.
