Aspire Health Partners is committed to providing individuals and families of Central Florida with compassionate, comprehensive and cost-effective behavioral health care services that lead to successful living and healthy, responsible lifestyles. Aspire serves children, families, and adults in Brevard, Hillsborough, Lake, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.
In addition to the required CCBHC services, Aspire provides residential, outpatient, inpatient and primary care services to consumers across Central Florida. The specific CCBHC funded services include primary care outpatient services, a mobile response team, and a 23-hour observation using the CCBHC-E grant award. The CCBHC-IA grant award will be used to expand primary care outpatient services.
- 37,576 Patients Treated (Aspire has treated 37,576 unduplicated adults and children through its CCBHC since it received its grant in February 2021.)
- 40 New Full Time Employees (Through its CCBHC, Aspire has created 40 new jobs for 40 new full-time employees, which has only helped strengthen and grow the behavioral health workforce.)
- 66% of Clients Improved (Using the DLA-20 to measure functional improvement of clients, Aspire has seen 66% of its CCBHC clients have reported an improvement in their DLA-20 scores).
