Legislative Division

FBHA’s Advocacy Board of Directors leads our legislative discussions each year. FBHA’s legislative team advocates on behalf of our member organizations at Florida’s Capitol. We believe in a comprehensive state-wide system of behavioral health care, support workforce development initiatives such as Florida’s Live Healthy Act, and advocate for stable and necessary state-funding that supports community providers in their effort to keep all Floridians healthy. Our advocacy efforts focus on building resilient families and sustaining healthy communities statewide.
