Henderson Behavioral Health, a nationally recognized leader in behavioral healthcare is seeking a Medical Director. The Medical Director is a senior leadership position, responsible for medical staff leadership, recruitment, training, supervision, and provision of quality clinical care. The ideal candidate will be a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with the following experience and attributes: leadership of healthcare teams, ability to work with all levels of staff, excellent verbal and written communication, outstanding clinical experience and training, knowledge of varying reimbursement models including value-based care, and an openness and curiosity around technology and its role in service provision.
