Health Services Analyst

Florida Behavioral Health Association

The Florida Behavioral Health Association is seeking to hire a Health Services Analyst to support the leadership and management of the Extended-Release Injectable Naltrexone (ERIN) program funded by the Office of State Courts Administrator (OSCA). This program provides financial and other supports to treatment providers around Florida that serve court ordered offenders and other individuals at-risk of involvement with the justice system. FADAA is looking for a proven leader who is committed to providing quality services and work products.

The position must support and accomplish the following objectives:

Keep abreast of state and federal regulations regarding licensing and accreditation for treatment providers providing medication assisted treatment.
Research, review, and engage treatment providers through formal agreements
Provide technical assistance and supports to subcontractors
Achieve and maintain compliance with contract goals, objectives andrequirements, Florida laws and regulations, and applicable federal laws and regulations.

 

Education/Skills Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field, master’s degree is preferred
Minimum of 4 years experience in behavioral health, health care, or medical field
Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment protocols and medication, experience is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to relate and engage key leaders working in Floridas behavioral healthand judicial systems
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills
